Built for the
Final Sprint

The story, mission, and philosophy behind Until November — and how you can contribute.

Our Mission

Help People
Finish Strong

Most people wait until January to reset their goals. By then, the momentum is gone, buried under holiday chaos and year-end fatigue.

Until November exists to reclaim Q4. September and October are your last clear months to salvage the year. We provide the tools, frameworks, and accountability systems to help you close the gap before the holiday slowdown.

This isn't about grinding yourself into burnout. It's about clarity: deciding what matters, what's salvageable, and what you'll actually finish before November 1st.

How We Build

Static-First,
Privacy-Respecting

ZERO DEPENDENCIES

No npm install. No build step.

Until November is built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No frameworks, no bundlers, no bloat. The entire site loads in under 50KB (excluding fonts). It works on any device, any browser, even on 3G connections.

LOCALSTORAGE ONLY

Your data never leaves your browser.

All checklist progress is stored locally using localStorage. We don't collect analytics, track page views, or run third-party scripts. No cookies. No user accounts. No data harvesting. Your productivity is private.

MIT LICENSE

Open source. Free forever.

The entire codebase, design system, and content are MIT licensed. Use it, fork it, adapt it for your own projects. No attribution required (but appreciated). We believe productivity tools should be free and accessible to everyone.

Frequently Asked

Questions &
Answers

Is it free?

Yes. All tools, checklists, countdowns, and design resources are free forever. No paywalls, no premium tiers, no hidden costs.

Do you track me?

No. We use localStorage only (stored locally in your browser). We don't collect, track, or sell any personal information. No analytics, no cookies, no third-party scripts.

Can I use the design system commercially?

Yes. The autumn design system (color palettes, CSS, SVG patterns) is MIT licensed. Use it in personal projects, client work, or commercial products without attribution.

What happens after November?

The site remains live year-round. Countdowns will automatically update for the next year's Q4. You can revisit anytime to prep for next September/October, or fork the repo to create your own seasonal productivity tool.

How can I contribute?

Visit our GitHub repository to submit pull requests, report issues, or suggest new features. We welcome contributions: new checklists, palette additions, bug fixes, or documentation improvements.

Can I self-host this?

Absolutely. Clone the repo, customize it for your team or organization, and deploy it anywhere (Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Pages, your own server). No backend required—it's just static HTML/CSS/JS.
